Receptionist

Greet and welcome visitors: Provide a friendly and professional first impression by welcoming clients and guests as they arrive.
Manage phone calls: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Schedule appointments: Maintain calendars for office meeting rooms and coordinate bookings for meetings and events.
Handle correspondence: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail and courier services.
Administrative support: Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Maintain reception area: Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Visitor management: Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required, ensuring security protocols are followed.
Provide information: Respond to general inquiries about the company, services, and office hours, assisting clients as needed.
Required skills and qualifications:
Communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and staff.
Organizational skills: Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail for managing packages, mail and other office tasks.
Customer service orientation: A pleasant personality and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Technical proficiency: Familiarity with office software, including Microsoft Office
Multitasking ability: Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
Pay range: $16.00-$17.00 hourly
