
Administrative Receptionist

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing general administrative and office support.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors, verify identification, issue badges/PPE, and follow all visitor management procedures. "Ensure compliance with the visitor management system, including visitor usage, identification verification, signatures, badges..."

Arrange travel and lodging through the company's travel agent when requested.
Support company activities and events as assigned.
Maintain office and cleaning supply inventory; place orders to keep stock at optimal levels.
Work with vendors for office services and maintenance needs.
Uphold company values and follow all policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of receptionist experience in a professional office
Strong confidentiality, customer service, and communication skills
Experience with office equipment, administrative tasks, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external contacts
Less than 5% travel required
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in a related field
3+ years of administrative experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Experience in a global, engineering-focused organization
Familiarity with visitor management systems
