EPC Cost Estimator III — Precise Project Costing

EPITEC is seeking a Cost Estimator for a W2 contract position located in Jackson, Michigan. The ideal candidate will prepare estimates for medium-sized projects and must have a minimum of 3 years of construction cost estimating experience. Responsibilities include utilizing estimating software, developing pricing according to industry standards, and preparing detailed estimates and reports. An Associates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with strong skills in cost control and interpretation of cost data.
