HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting two seasoned, highly skilled Technical Account Managers on behalf of a valued client partner in the fintech software startup sector. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for these Technical Account Manager opportunities.
We are seeking highly technical, client-facing professionals who can own integrations end-to-end, troubleshoot production issues, and drive long-term post-sales success. These roles require hands‑on API expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers operating complex financial technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
Own client integrations from onboarding through production readiness, launch, and long-term stability
Guide customers through API implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment best practices
Diagnose complex technical issues using logs, traces, payload reviews, monitoring tools, and root‑cause analysis
Serve as the lead post‑sales technical contact for assigned accounts
Build onboarding documentation, integration playbooks, support workflows, and scalable client success processes
Translate business requirements into technical solutions while communicating clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to elevate critical issues and improve platform performance
Identify growth opportunities, additional use cases, and expansion paths alongside commercial teams
Monitor account health, technical adoption, and client satisfaction metrics
Help define and scale the company's technical account management function as an early hire
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a technical customer‑facing role such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or similar
Direct B2B fintech or mortgage software experience is non‑negotiable
Proven ownership of the post‑sales lifecycle including onboarding, integrations, production support, retention, and expansion support
Strong API troubleshooting skills including JSON responses, request tracing, webhooks, authentication flows, and debugging workflows
Ability to independently diagnose issues and drive resolution with urgency
Strong communication skills with executive, business, and technical stakeholders
Experience supporting enterprise or publicly traded clients preferred
Stable employment history with clear progression; candidates with jumpy resumes will not be considered
Preferred Qualifications
Experience from B2B mortgage software / mortgage technology companies
Experience from API‑first B2B fintech companies with complex integrations
Experience from B2B fintech infrastructure or developer platform companies
Experience from B2B lending or financial services software companies
Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and integration ecosystems
Experience building onboarding or integration processes from scratch
Technical degree from a highly regarded university preferred
Experience in startup or high‑growth environments
Benefits
Base Salary: $140,000 – $220,000
