Role Overview
Telephonic Case Review / Case Manager with compact RN license. Works Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Experience in Utilization Review (UR) and worker's compensation case management is required. This hybrid position involves casualty medical file reviews and telephonic case management, requiring flexibility, strong self‑motivation, and attention to detail. The role provides remote medical case management services to injured individuals.
Responsibilities
Provide remote medical case management services to injured individuals, ensuring coordination of medical services and frequent assessment.
Explore vocational options and help secure pre‑injury or alternate employment.
Work with all parties to the claim: injured person, claim examiner, employer, attorneys (plaintiff and defense), and medical providers.
Qualifications
Unencumbered compact RN license required.
CCM strongly preferred.
Utilization Review (UR) and worker's compensation case management experience required.
Professional licenses or certifications must be current, unrestricted, and allow practice within a U.S. state or territory.
