Job Details
We are seeking an FP&A leader to help own budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while partnering closely with leadership. This role drives insights, builds models, and improves reporting in a fast‑moving environment.
Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning
Build and maintain financial models
Deliver reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis
Partner cross‑functionally on planning and resource allocation
Support strategic initiatives, pricing, and investment analysis
Improve processes, reporting, and forecast accuracy
Qualifications
5+ years in FP&A or related field (ideally some Lead, Supervisory, or Managerial experience)
Strong modeling and Excel skills
Experience with budgeting and forecasting
Solid financial acumen (P&L, cash flow)
Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication skills
