Business Analyst
Location: Irving, TX (Onsite). Employment Type: Contract. Duration: 12 months.

Job Summary
The Business Execution Consultant will consult on complex business execution initiatives with broad organizational impact and contribute to large-scale planning efforts. This role primarily supports a product team through Agile tooling updates and enhancements, including JIRA and Confluence, while also providing complex project support within a highly cross‑matrixed environment. The consultant will analyze multi‑faceted execution challenges, ensure adherence to policies and compliance requirements, and collaborate strategically with stakeholders to deliver effective business outcomes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Consult on and support complex business execution and implementation initiatives.

Act as a Business Analyst, gathering requirements and writing Agile user stories.

Support and maintain Agile project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Partner with product teams to support Agile delivery and execution planning.

Provide project execution support across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Develop documentation, presentations, and reporting materials.

Engage with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to drive alignment.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and risk requirements.

Identify execution risks and contribute to resolution strategies.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or Business Analysis experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives.

A strong Business Analyst background, including writing Agile user stories, documenting requirements, and supporting product teams.

Hands‑on experience with Agile tools, specifically JIRA and Confluence, including configuration, updates, and ongoing maintenance.

Proven ability to provide complex project support in a cross‑matrixed organization.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior management.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Product Lifecycle Management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience with Project and Program Management.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Compensation
The pay rate for this position is $61.00 to $64.00 per hour.
