Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
to support a dynamic product team within a
cross-functional, matrixed organization . This role will focus on
Agile tool management (Jira, Confluence) , business analysis, and complex project support.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in
writing Agile user stories, managing requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders , along with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support product teams by managing and optimizing
Agile tools
such as Jira and Confluence
Write clear, detailed
user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business needs
Provide support for
complex projects
across a matrixed organization
Maintain and organize project documentation, workflows, and knowledge repositories
Track progress, manage updates, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Facilitate communication between business, product, and technical teams
Assist with project and program coordination activities as needed
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a
Business Analyst
Strong experience writing
Agile user stories and business requirements
Hands-on experience with
Agile project management tools , including Jira and Confluence
Experience supporting
product teams
in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong understanding of
project and program management concepts
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with
senior leadership
Strong organizational and
time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
processes
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience working in
large, matrixed enterprise environments
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to translate business needs into actionable deliverables
