Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate is responsible for translating risk, regulatory, and compliance needs into scalable eGRC system solutions while bridging business and technology teams.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Analyst Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and IT stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for eGRC solutions.
Translate regulatory and risk management requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for system configuration and development.
Support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of eGRC platforms (e.g., RSA Archer), including system testing and end‑user training.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, perform gap analyses, and develop process maps and data flow diagrams to improve GRC processes.
Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test plans and scripts, coordinating execution, and ensuring defect resolution.
Ensure stakeholder sign‑off and readiness for production deployment by validating system functionality and alignment with business needs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong focus on risk management, regulatory compliance, or GRC initiatives.
Hands‑on experience implementing or supporting eGRC platforms such as RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream, or similar tools.
Proven ability to lead requirements gathering and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while effectively collaborating with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and IT stakeholders.
Pay Details
$53.00 to $56.00 per hour
