What You’ll Do
Track, analyze, and report on financial accounts / spending
Financial reporting and projections
Disbursements
Manage Profit First Budget system
Translate financial data into recommendations
Improve financial systems, controls, and reporting cadence
Supervise and develop bookkeeping staff
Coordinate with outside CPA, tax, payroll, and banking partners
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of accounting or finance experience, including leadership responsibility
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn numbers into action
Experience building dashboards and reporting systems
High ownership, good judgment, and strong confidentiality
Expert in QuickBooks and Excel
