Ledgent is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee accounting operations for multiple U.S. manufacturing plants. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting while fostering a collaborative culture. The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including oversight for multiple locations, and will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. The position includes leadership in financial close processes and systems improvement, with a strong knowledge of GAAP required.
