Position Summary
U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule for this position is Sunday – Thursday 10:00 pm – 6:30 am. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

Job Responsibilities

Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.

Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.

Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; use mechanical equipment for commercial tire lifts.

Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.

Work at heights of up to 25 feet safely while operating equipment.

Remain on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.

Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.

Assist other departments such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will‑call as business needs arise.

Perform other job‑related tasks as directed by your supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be qualified in visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee must frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds, and may exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and a self‑retracting lifeline. All equipment is provided by U.S. AutoForce except for steel/composite toe boots. The work environment may expose employees to weather conditions, moderate noise, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.

At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.

Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.

Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and agricultural tires.

Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.

Abide by all company safety policies and state, federal, and manufacturing regulations.

Pass forklift certification.

Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.

Work in a team environment.

Pass a pre‑employment drug test (THC/marijuana excluded).
