We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sterling Village Apartments.
Responsibilities
Clean grounds, offices, and common areas
Complete maintenance service requests
Repair appliances
Paint areas
Assist with apartment turnovers
Respond to emergency calls
Qualifications
Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200+ unit property
Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) is required
Customer service attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
Must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties
Reliable transportation
Availability for on‑call rotation
Compensation and Benefits
$25-$26/hour DOE
Monthly bonuses
10 days paid time off per year
10 paid holidays and 2 paid personal days per year
40 hours of paid sick time
