Responsibilities
Meet and greet prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner.
Qualify applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner.
Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move‑ins for new residents.
Maintain thorough and up‑to‑date rental files and accurately enter rental data into the computer.
Prepare leases and oversee signing of leases by new residents.
Assist with completion of monthly administrative tasks and keep property paperwork organized and complete.
Interact with residents in a professional manner to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely payment of rents.
Qualifications
1 year of property management experience preferred.
Excellent sales and customer service skills are essential.
All employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties.
Desire to work in a team setting with a company that promotes from within.
Compensation and Benefits
Monthly and quarterly bonuses.
Accrues 10 days paid time off per year.
10 paid holidays and 2 paid personal days per year.
