Job Summary
The responsibilities for this position include:

Coordinate and facilitate simulation sessions for faculty members and clients (40%)

Provide administrative support in routine correspondence, documentation, record keeping, and other areas required (40%)

Manage digital scenario repository and support the design of scenarios (5%)

Demonstrate and assist in the use of innovative technologies (15%)

Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate UWGLive simulation sessions with faculty and clients

Assist with administrative tasks: correspondence, documentation, and records management

Support the design, organization, and retrieval of digital scenario repositories

Demonstrate and support the use of innovative technologies during simulations

Required Qualifications

Be fully admitted to a graduate degree program at UWG. Students admitted provisionally are not eligible for assistantship positions.

Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Be enrolled full-time in a UWG graduate program during the assistantship period.

Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 in all previous and current graduate coursework and remain in good academic standing.

Meet eligibility requirements for employment in the United States.

Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Calendar, OneDrive, Excel, and Google Drive

Comfortable with learning and using innovative technologies

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Self-starter

Dependable

Preferred Qualifications

Education, Business, English, IT, and related majors

Proposed Salary

A monthly stipend of $1000 per month

A tuition waiver reducing graduate tuition to $25 per semester plus mandatory fees while employed in the assistantship
