search tied to its
largest add-on acquisition to date .
This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands‑on accounting leader to step into a newly acquired business, stabilize the close process, elevate reporting, and serve as a trusted finance presence during integration.

Assess and improve accounting processes and monthly close procedures
Clean up historical financials and support timely, accurate reporting to platform/fund leadership
Partner with the existing Controller; coach on best practices and stronger controls
Implement scalable processes, reporting cadence, and discipline
Act as finance “eyes and ears” on‑site during integration
Ideal Background
Strong month‑end close and process improvement skillset
Experience in PE‑backed, acquisitive, or carve‑out environments preferred
Comfortable working hands‑on in a less polished environment
