Duties include coordinating participant registration and logistics, compiles data, and ensures quality control measures are met.

Establishes excellent relationships with customers and internal support personnel. This person will also perform outreach to assist with scheduling training deliveries. Also assists in the development and coordination of programs and services, including organizing events such as conferences, workshops, and meetings. Supports communication efforts, helps develop policies and procedures. Regularly collaborates with staff and stakeholders to ensure programs run effectively and align with organizational goals. Inputs data into a tracking database or system. Processes documents or responds to requests for information from internal or external customers by phone or e-mail. May perform general office tasks such as copying, mailing, and ordering supplies and maintaining inventory. Serves as the key point of contact for TEEX employees regarding program delivery.This position reports to the Training Manager - NERRTC Cooperative Agreement**.****Qualifications of the Role*** Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience.* Two years of relevant administrative experience.* Must have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.*Equivalency: Will consider an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university with four years of relevant administrative experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with six years of relevant administrative experience.*The Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) is an internationally recognized leader in emergency response training, workforce training, and technical assistance.
