Shopify Administrator Marketplace Manager

Our client a health and beauty aid distribution and ecommerce company is seeking for a detail-oriented Shopify Administrator who will fully own their Shopify store and manage the product listings on TikTok Shop and Target Plus.
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product data, ensuring platform compliance, monitoring listing health, and supporting day-to-day ecommerce operations.
The ideal candidate understands each platform’s rules and regulations and can proactively keep our listings optimized and compliant.
Responsibilities:
Manage all product listings, collections, variants, images, tags, and metafields
Oversee site updates, merchandising changes, and basic theme edits
Maintain clean and accurate catalog data, pricing, barcodes, and inventory rules
Coordinate product launches, promotions, and onsite merchandising
Ensure the Shopify store is updated, organized, and functioning smoothly
Work with apps and integrations and monitor the health of the tech stack
Create and optimize listings according to TikTok Shop and Target Plus rules and selling policies
Maintain compliant titles, descriptions, attributes, and media
Monitor listing violations, flags, takedowns, and appeal when necessary
Track performance, inventory sync, shipping requirements, and fulfillment SLAs
Ensure accurate catalog mapping between Shopify and TikTok Shop
Stay updated on platform policies for Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Target Plus
Follow all product-related rules, restricted category guidelines, and listing policies
Maintain documentation for processes, data standards, and platform updates
Reduce listing errors, disapprovals, and catalog inconsistencies
Conduct regular audits of catalog accuracy across all channels
Build weekly reports on listing health, performance, and compliance issues
Identify and fix data issues, missing attributes, or inconsistent data
Work with operations to ensure correct order flow and fulfillment accuracy
Qualifications:
2 plus years experience managing a Shopify store
Experience listing products on TikTok Shop, Target Plus, or similar ecommerce marketplaces
Strong understanding of platform rules, guidelines, and policy requirements
Skilled with product data, spreadsheets, catalog cleanup, and bulk uploads
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate seller dashboards and troubleshoot listing issues
Basic knowledge of HTML or Shopify theme structure is a plus
