We’re working with a well respected boutique law firm in Palm Beach Gardens, FL looking for a sharp, experienced paralegal who’s ready to hit the ground running from day one.

Job Description:
Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
Managing cases from intake through trial prep
Coordinating hearings, depositions, and trial logistics
Handling Florida state e-filing from start to finish
Organizing complex documents, exhibits, and trial notebooks
Communicating with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
Conducting legal research and delivering clear summaries
Requirements:
5+ years of Florida Family Law experience (REQUIRED)
Ability to jump in immediately with minimal training
Strong drafting, organization, and case management skills
Experience with billing/time entry
A proactive, no-hand-holding mindset
