We are partnering with a well-regarded boutique law firm seeking a polished, capable paralegal who can confidently step in and make an immediate impact. This position is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and knows how to keep cases moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and client correspondence
Manage files from initial intake through trial preparation
Coordinate hearings, mediations, depositions, and court deadlines
Handle Florida state court e-filing from start to finish
Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and organized case materials
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
Conduct legal research and summarize findings clearly and efficiently
Qualifications
5+ years of Florida Family Law experience (required)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong drafting, case management, and organizational skills
Prior billing and time entry experience
Maintain 30 billable hours per week (required)
Professional, proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
