Key Responsibilities
Draft and file initial petitions in personal injury litigation cases
Manage service of process and delivery of all citations
Draft and complete discovery requests and responses
Maintain and coordinate case calendars, including scheduling depositions and mediations
Provide comprehensive trial preparation support
Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and court personnel
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in personal injury law
Proven ability to manage a caseload of 100+ litigation files is strongly preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience with Neos Case Management Software is a plus
Familiarity with both State and Federal court procedures is a plus
