IT Help Desk & Desktop Support Specialist

The selected individual will troubleshoot PC, network, and printer hardware and software while participating in technology refresh projects. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and experience with ITIL tools. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience is required.
