Casualty and Mass Tort Litigation Paralegal
Position Overview: This role supports a high-performing litigation team handling complex casualty and mass tort matters from inception through trial and resolution. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities
Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including case inception, discovery, trial, and closure
Prepare and file court documents and assemble exhibits
Draft and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories and document production
Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
Review and summarize depositions, medical records, and case materials
Maintain case calendars, dockets, and coordinate electronic discovery
Qualifications
3+ years of experience supporting litigation matters, including discovery and trial preparation
A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred, a Paralegal Certificate is highly desired
Strong knowledge of litigation lifecycle and case management processes
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
