Our client, a well-established Dallas law firm, is seeking an experienced
Legal Secretary
to support a busy
estate planning
practice, working closely with two attorneys. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a client-focused environment and thrives in a role that blends legal and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, revise, and finalize estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
Manage attorney calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate deadlines for two attorneys
Communicate professionally with clients, financial advisors, and other stakeholders
Assist with document organization, file management, and e-filing as needed
Handle light personal assistant duties, including scheduling personal appointments and managing select personal tasks for the attorneys
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of estate planning legal secretary experience
Strong knowledge of estate planning documents and terminology
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication skills and a client-service mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
