Our client, a respected Fort Worth law firm is seeking an experienced

Legal Secretary

to support its

Estate Planning

practice group. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys being a key support partner to attorneys and paralegals. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional client service, and efficient document and workflow management.
Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to multiple attorneys and paralegals
Prepare, review, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
Manage electronic filing with courts and administrative agencies
Coordinate calendars, meetings, conferences, and appointments
Handle client communications professionally via phone and email
Manage document flow, filing systems, and records (electronic and paper)
Arrange travel accommodations and meeting logistics
Assist with timekeeping and billing support
Maintain forms, templates, and document standards
Provide general day-to-day administrative support as needed
Qualifications

3+ years of legal secretarial experience (estate planning or similar practice area preferred)
Typing speed of at least 65 WPM
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF software, document management systems (iManage or similar), and time entry software (Elite Webview or similar)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Ability to manage shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
