Role Description
We are seeking a full‑time Legal Assistant with experience in Family Law to join our team on‑site at our Fullerton, CA office. The Legal Assistant will handle a variety of responsibilities, including managing legal documentation, assisting attorneys in case preparation, communicating with clients, and performing general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the firm. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to client service.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Family Law and legal processes
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents
Strong Communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and colleagues
Experience in Administrative Assistance and office management to maintain organized workflows
Background or experience as a Legal Assistant, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent work experience in law or related fields preferred
