Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
ProfessionLX specializes inprofessional services where we engage our employees to empower them to excelfor our customers. We are currently seeking Audio-Visual Operations SupportSpecialist candidates to join our team in support of the NATO mission at the George C. Marshall Center. Successful candidates will possess a minimum of 2years'related experience, speak fluent English, and be able to pass a backgroundcheck.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Event& Operational Support
Provide end-to-end AV operational support for lectures, classes, and events
Assist faculty and presenters with presentation setup and equipment usage
Configure room layouts (seminars, conferences, receptions)
Set up and position AV equipment and furniture
Ensure all rooms are fully operational ≥30 minutes before events
EquipmentSetup & Handling
Install, set up, and reconfigure AV systems and cabling and connections
Operate AV hardware during events
UserSupport & Troubleshooting
Perform basic troubleshooting of AV issues
Escalate advanced issues to technical team
Act as liaison with AV Technical Support and external repair technicians
OperationalReadiness & Monitoring
Maintain 100% operational readiness of AV systems
Conduct pre-event checks and validation
Respond immediately to operational issues
On-Call(Emergency) Services
Perform On-Call (Emergency) repairs and services for all AV systems submitted via e‑mail, telephone call, text, or digital message when designated at the on call technician in accordance with current SLA standards.
Requirements
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum two years’ experience with AV systems (audio, video, cameras) and VTC platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
Equipment setup and configuration
Basic AV troubleshooting
Understanding of AV signal flow (operational level)
YOUR EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent
