R261261Project Representative**In this role you will:*** Performs administrative tasks, supporting Project Associates, Project Administrators, and Project Managers, to ensure smooth and timely project completion.* Assists in conducting research, drafts reports, keeps project management tracking systems updated, fields calls, and manages correspondence from project team members.* Makes meeting arrangements, performs outreach, tracks budgets, and oversees the minute details associated with complex task tracking.* Assists management in brainstorming ideas, troubleshoots potential issues, discusses various approaches, and sets parameters for goals and measurements.**What you bring to the table:*** High school diploma or GED**Shift and Hours:** Monday - Friday; 8 am to 5 pm**Compensation Details:** The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by individuals occupying this position of employment.
