Hirelevel is looking for an Administrative Receptionist in St. Louis, MO in a fast paced, friendly work environment.

Shift Times : Monday-Thursday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Pay : $18-24/hr based on experience

Responsibilities

Prepare quotes for standard equipment based on input from Sales and Application Engineering (AE) personnel.

Enter Request for Quotes (RFQ)s into log and database, prepare and distribute RFQ file.

Prepare assigned quotes to include Word or Word Perfect write up, Lotus 123 (or other similar software spreadsheet program) costing, & weld packages as directed.

Prepare & distribute final quote, maintain database log of quotes.

Provide typing support for AEs in development of system quotes.

Maintain updates of standard quotes and other sales and marketing literature and materials.

Maintain pricing/specification sheets for updates and distribution.

Assist with preparation and distribution of marketing newsletters and other sales and marketing materials.

Process customer purchase orders and prepare purchase order verifications.

Mail literature and catalogs.

Prepare full line catalogs.

Provide sales phone support and quote follow up.

Prepare sales training manuals.

Provide support in logging, tracking, distributing and responding to all sales leads received.

Database maintenance, includes reviewing and updating distributor/customer /rep profiles based on information gathered from calls and correspondence received.

Labor Reports and Daily Log.

Badge and Time Clock Labels for New Employees.

Email credit card receipts to customers.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Cross-train for back-up for other two administrative positions in department and vice versa.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist/administrative role in a warehouse.

Strong oral, written and computer-based communication skills, able to communicate professionally and effectively with every level and department of the organization.

Strong interpersonal, employee relations and conflict-resolution skills.

Exceptional teamwork and customer service skills.

Must be trainable, willing to learn new skills and be willing to cross-train to different areas.

Must be interested in a long-term career and following a career path.

Preferred Skills

5 years of experience in an administrative role in manufacturing, production, logistics, or quality assurance.

Exposure or training relating to manufacturing.
