This contract position may lead to full-time conversion. Key responsibilities include investigating and resolving technical issues, managing tickets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a production environment, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities. Hybrid working environment preferred with on-site presence 3 to 5 days a week.
