The Role & Responsibilities
The Associate Attorney will take a lead role in navigating clients through complex legal transitions. Key responsibilities include:
Comprehensive Representation:
Leading cases involving dissolution, high-conflict child custody, support disputes, and complex equitable distribution.
Full-Cycle Litigation:
Managing matters from case initiation through trial, including discovery, substantive motions, and expert depositions.
Courtroom & Mediation Advocacy:
Representing client interests in hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences with poise and precision.
Strategic Drafting:
Crafting high-quality pleadings, marital settlement agreements, and legal memoranda.
Client Management:
Acting as a trusted advisor by maintaining clear, empathetic, and consistent communication to build strong attorney-client relationships.
Qualifications
Experience:
At least
2+ years
of direct family law experience as a practicing attorney.
Licensure:
Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
Skillset:
Proven litigation experience and a \"solutions-oriented\" approach to negotiation and conflict resolution.
Communication:
