What kind of impact will you make?
The Office Administrator works closely with our sales representatives, department leads, and managers to support smooth business operations and keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes. You'll have your hand in various aspects of the business and help make workdays more efficient.

Responsibilities

Politely and professionally answer, forward, and screen phone calls

Manage office supplies, collateral, apparel, and miscellaneous assets, and order more supplies as needed

Coordinate sales meetings, set up the meeting space, and clean up afterwards

Assist team members and managers with various administrative duties as requested

Contribute to project planning and implementation as assigned

Assist with cross-office processes. Examples include:

Warranty registration

Guild Quality submissions

Customer reimbursements

Business cards

Other processes as assigned

Do you have what it takes?
Minimum Office Administrator Requirements

High computer proficiency with knowledge about Microsoft 365 applications and CRM systems

Ability to multitask effectively and balance multiple projects at the same time

Excellent organizational skills

Task prioritization and time management skills

Preferred qualifications

2+ years of employee onboarding/offboarding experience

2+ years of proven office management/administrative experience
