QUICK SUMMARY
The CMM Programmer / Quality Inspector supports high-mix, precision manufacturing by leading advanced inspection activities and ensuring products meet strict customer and regulatory requirements. This role combines hands‑on inspection, CMM programming, and team mentorship to maintain exceptional quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program and operate CMM equipment for complex part inspections
Inspect parts to prints and CAD models using advanced measurement tools
Monitor production quality through audits and corrective actions
Support ISO9001 and AS9100 compliance across production teams
Communicate quality issues internally and with customers as needed
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED required
5+ years quality inspection experience in machining or metal fabrication
Proficiency in CMM programming and surface plate inspection techniques
Strong CMM, GD&T, and inspection tooling experience
