Signia by Hilton La Cantera offers a serene resort experience featuring over 140,000 sq. ft. of event space, a luxury spa, outdoor pools, a kid’s camp, and an 18‑hole championship golf course. Guests can enjoy a variety of dining options and convenient access to local attractions.
Responsibilities
Process group reservation information, including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements.
Communicate and verify information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions, and the Front Office.
Respond to reservation request calls as appropriate.
Serve as a Team Mentor, coaching and motivating leadership team members.
Qualifications
Minimum of two years of Customer Service experience.
One year of Hotel Experience.
