Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Support daily cement plant operations through housekeeping, material handling, and equipment support* Assist maintenance and production teams to keep the plant running safely and efficiently* Perform inspections and identify safety, operational, or equipment concerns* Operate mobile equipment and tools as trained to support plant activities* Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas throughout the facility**What Are We Looking For*** Strong focus on safety and following established procedures* Ability to perform physically demanding work in an industrial setting* Willingness to learn plant operations, equipment, and processes* Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills* Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** $18.06 to $24.24 per hour* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
