Support daily cement plant operations through housekeeping, material handling, and equipment support
Assist maintenance and production teams to keep the plant running safely and efficiently
Perform inspections and identify safety, operational, or equipment concerns
Operate mobile equipment and tools as trained to support plant activities
Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas throughout the facility
Qualifications
Strong focus on safety and following established procedures
Ability to perform physically demanding work in an industrial setting
Willingness to learn plant operations, equipment, and processes
Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
