Batch Plant Operator

Responsibilities
Operate batch plant equipment to produce concrete and other materials.
Monitor and adjust production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on plant equipment.
Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate and maintain plant equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
