Maintain safe, efficient production by supporting plant operations and mobile equipment activities
Perform general labor tasks including housekeeping, shoveling, cleanup, and material handling
Assist with routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs of plant equipment
Follow safety procedures and actively contribute to a strong safety culture
Support production goals by working collaboratively with plant and site personnel
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to work safely in an industrial or outdoor environment
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn plant operations and equipment
Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines consistently
Dependable work habits with strong teamwork and communication skills
Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and working in variable conditions
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
