Guest Services Agent / Front Desk

We welcome all guests upon their arrival with a smiling face and friendly attitude. The front desk is often the first point of contact for guests, giving the agent responsibility for a first impression. Daily duties include checking in and out, issuing room keys/cards, keeping records of guest accounts, processing payments, and making edits to guests' reservations.
Position Details
2 Positions – Days & Evenings
Full Time
Hourly Rate – $14.00 – $16.00
Job Responsibilities

Check guests in and out of resort
Issue guest keys appropriately
Communicate with other departments to meet guest requests
Accommodate guests scheduled stay as needed
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs
Resolve quest concern; assist in all inquiries relating to hotel amenities and services
Guest Services Agent Requirements

Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Previous experience is preferred but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as positive body language
