
Parts Delivery Driver

Reports To:
Parts Manager
Job Summary:
The
Parts Delivery Representative
is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering
commercial truck parts
to customers, including
fleet accounts, independent repair shops, and wholesale clients . This role ensures
on-time deliveries , maintains
positive customer relationships , and assists with
warehouse organization and inventory management
as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery & Customer Service:
Load and deliver
truck parts to customers
in a timely and professional manner.
Provide
exceptional customer service
by maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Verify
orders for accuracy
before departure and upon delivery.
Collect and process
customer payments or signatures
when required.
Route Planning & Vehicle Maintenance:
Plan efficient
delivery routes
to ensure
timely and cost-effective deliveries .
Perform
pre-trip and post-trip inspections
of the delivery vehicle.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any
maintenance or repair needs
to management.
Warehouse & Inventory Support:
Assist with
stocking shelves, pulling parts, and organizing inventory
when not making deliveries.
Help process
returns, core exchanges, and warranty parts .
Communicate any
customer feedback or concerns
to the Parts Manager.
