Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
Thu: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, visitors, and/or first responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.

Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help deter unauthorized access, support visitor screening practices, and report security-related concerns promptly.

Document observations, incidents, and/or policy violations accurately and report relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.

Possess supervisory experience.

Be 21+ years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Possess 5+ years of security-related experience.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
