Position Highlights
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Outpatient, office-based setting
- No weekends or hospital call
- Approximately two weeks of structured hands-on training
- Ongoing access to supervising physicians
- Productivity bonus in addition to base salary
- Some travel between nearby clinic sites
- Collaborative interventional pain management team
- Direct physician oversight and daily case support
- Established patient panel with scheduled visits
- Strong emphasis on patient education and expectation setting
- Team-based clinical workflow with experienced MAs and staff
- $100,000-$125,000 base salary
- Productivity bonus structure

- Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Active, unrestricted Florida license
- National certification required
- BLS/CPR required (ACLS preferred)
