Responsibilities
Counsel and advise employers on day‑to‑day employment law matters
Draft employment‑related documents, including handbooks, separation agreements, workplace policies, and restrictive covenant agreements
Advise clients with employees across multiple states
Collaborate with a growing team of employment law practitioners
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law counseling
Strong academic background
Experience advising multi‑state employers preferred
Admission to any state bar accepted

Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $225,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
