Job Responsibilities

Assist Partners and Senior Associate with managing a caseload of complex legal matters, helping to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Handle cases from inception through trial
Work closely with clients and an integrative team of professionals to understand the client's legal needs and provide effective solutions
Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations in Nevada
Work with leadership to develop your own client base and referral sources
Participate in local, state, and national trial lawyer associations
Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the Nevada Bar
At least 2+ years of experience in civil litigation
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing a high‑volume caseload and meeting deadlines
Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Additional Information

Job Type: Full‑time. Pay: $110,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year [DOE]. Ability to relocate: Las Vegas, NV 89128 – Relocate before starting work (Required).
