
Associate Attorney

Ansbacher Law is seeking to hire an associate attorney to join our Community Association practice team in representing Condominium & Homeowner Associations in a fast-paced and well-established real estate firm. The attorney will represent our association clients throughout Florida from our office in Jacksonville or St. Augustine, Florida. This role is also open to current law school students sitting for July 2026 Florida Bar Exam with commencement to start after results come out.

Responsibilities
Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys.
Maintain client relationships.
Attend board meetings, live & Zoom, sometimes evenings.
Teach state required continuing education courses to community association managers & directors.
Draft opinion letters.
Review and negotiate contracts.Draft declarations, articles, bylaws, and amendments for associations.
Represent associations in pre-suit mediations and draft settlement agreements.
Represent associations in arbitration disputes before DBPR.
Assist association clients in the enforcement of governing documents.
Assist in lawsuits for association clients.
Qualifications
Admission to Florida Bar or sitting for July 2026 Florida Bar exam with commencement to start after results come out.
Willing to attend meetings in Duval, St. Johns, Flagler, and Volusia Counties.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong academic record.
Basic understanding of Chapters 718 and 720 Florida Statutes.
