At the headquarters of Excelitas Noblelight GmbH in Alzenau, key positions in administration, research & development, engineering, sales, customer service, marketing, and controlling are filled. Nearby Kleinostheim site primarily manufactures infrared emitters for industrial process technology for various industries including automotive, coating, plastics, textiles, food, printing, and glass. A modern application competence center conducts practical tests and laboratory simulations to determine optimal process solutions.
What to expect:
You will work closely with the sales team, senior management, and cross‑functional stakeholders to draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of business agreements.
You will serve as the regional point of contact for all contract‑related inquiries.
You will advise executives on potential risks in business agreements and provide clear recommendations to support informed decisions.
You ensure that Excelitas’ business objectives and compliance requirements are upheld at all times.
You are responsible for implementing and adhering to internal guidelines and processes for approving customer proposals.
In addition, you develop and implement process improvements to make risk analysis and assessment within the company more efficient.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor of Laws or first state examination required; Master of Laws in law preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of commercial contracting and negotiating experience in a corporate legal department.
Strong understanding of commercial contracting principles, risk assessment, and negotiation strategies.
Experience with manufacturing and supply agreements; experience with development agreements is a plus.
Ability to work independently, in a structured and results‑oriented manner in a dynamic and complex environment, including multitasking, setting priorities, and managing time and deadlines efficiently.
Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
Enjoyment of working in international teams and a strong team‑oriented mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Very good written and spoken German and English.
