This position is designed for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are interested in building foundational skills in mainframe technologies while working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. System Setup and Maintenance: Exposure to system installation, updates, or patching through coursework, labs, internships, or entry‑level roles.
Troubleshooting Skills: Demonstrated ability to investigate issues, ask the right questions, and assist in resolving system or application problems.
System Configuration: Basic familiarity with z/OS environments, mainframe subsystems, or third‑party tools, including an introductory understanding of configuration files and system settings.
