Contract Onsite Desktop IT Support Specialist

Infojini Inc is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist located in San Pedro, CA. In this role, you will manage End-User support tickets, provide first-level resolution, and deploy computer hardware. You should have 2-5 years of experience in IT support roles and be proficient in MS Office 365 and Windows 10/11. The position requires strong analytical and customer service skills. This is a 12-month onsite contract with a possibility of extension, working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
