Job Overview
Grid Infrastructure Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated and technically capable AI Tools & IT Coordinator to support our team across both AI tool adoption and information technology functions. This is a dual-function role reporting directly to the Marketing and IT Manager, with a primary focus on implementing and optimizing AI tools across the organization, alongside day-to-day IT support. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, curious about emerging technologies, and eager to grow within a fast‑paced energy infrastructure environment.
Key Responsibilities
Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools to improve team productivity and workflow efficiency
Support the adoption of AI platforms across departments, including training and onboarding team members
Assist in building and maintaining AI‑assisted workflows, automations, and prompt libraries
Assist & Support the use of CRM and Market Intelligence tools (such as HubSpot, Apollo.io, Enverus)
Monitor AI tool performance and provide recommendations for optimization
Stay current on AI trends and identify new tools relevant to our industry
Support IT manager to provide day‑to‑day IT helpdesk support for hardware, software, and network issues
Support IT manager to assist with employee device setup, configuration, and onboarding/offboarding IT processes
Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure systems are up to date and secure
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers as needed
Support cybersecurity best practices and ensure compliance with company IT policies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Notion AI, or similar platforms
Solid understanding of IT fundamentals including networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience in a small to mid‑size company environment where versatility is valued
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar
Basic scripting or automation skills (Python, Power Automate, Zapier, etc.)
Interest or background in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector
