Pay: $85K - $150K DOE

At TORKLAW, pre-litigation attorneys play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of every case. From the initial client consultation through strategic development, you’ll help build strong cases and deliver meaningful results. This position offers exposure to high-value matters, the chance to collaborate with experienced attorneys, and the opportunity to make a real impact on clients’ lives.
Responsibilities
Oversee personal injury cases from initial intake through resolution
Perform detailed investigations to assess liability and damages
Prepare and file necessary pre-litigation documents
Engage in settlement negotiations with insurers and opposing counsel
Deliver outstanding client communication and keep clients informed throughout the process
Qualifications
Lawyer in Good Standing to practice law in State.
5+ years of personal injury experience as a Plaintiff's attorney
Excellent knowledge and understanding of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures pertaining to personal injury cases
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal precedents, statutes, and regulations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
Proven track record of successful case management and client representation, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes
Experience in conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing sound legal advice to clients
Ability to effectively collaborate and work as part of a team, including coordinating with legal assistants, support staff, and other attorneys
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
